How to Use Full-Spectrum CBD Tinctures

\nIn order to most efficiently harness the wellness benefits of our CBD tinctures, it is best to use the dropper to place the oil under your tongue and hold it there for 90 seconds so it can be absorbed effectively. After 90 seconds, swallow the remaining CBD oil. This method will allow you to feel the positive effects of CBD quickly. \n \nOther options for ingesting full-spectrum CBD via tinctures is to drop the oil in a beverage, on food, or in a recipe. For example, CBD oil makes a great additive to salad dressing. Using this method means that you won’t feel the effects as quickly as dropping the oil beneath your tongue because you will need to digest the food and/or drink you are mixing with before the effects fully take hold. \n \nIf you have some creative recipes for CBD oil, we’d love to hear about them.
